The creek is 40 feet wide behind the house and renters have right to walk along creek to a rushing waterfall minutes from the cabin. The waterfall has an approximately thirty foot drop and is breathtaking. The cabin has one bedroom, one bathroom and a loft. The loft has three beds. The cabin can sleep seven people as the couch is a sleer sofa. The cabin has central heat and air, fireplace, satellite, phone, applicances and other ammenities. The cabin is approximately 800 square feet and is located on just over one acre of land. Persimmon Creek Two bedroom, two bathroom cabin located on Persimmon Creek. Large deck overlooks fast moving creek that is approximately 12 - 15 feet wide. Nearly 300 feet of creek frontage. Central heat and air, satellite and other ammenities. Fireplace.
